Privacy & Cookie Policy

1Who we are

This website (VELOSO.global and VELOSO.dk) is operated by VELOSO ApS, CVR 28329229, Slåenbakken 9, 3460 Birkerød, Denmark. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions? Email contact@VELOSO.global.

2What this policy covers

How we handle the personal data of visitors to our website — when you browse, use our contact form, book a meeting, or sign up for our insights. Our client agreements (the Terms of Trade and the Data Processing Agreement) are separate documents that apply once you become a client.

3The short version

  • We keep this site cookieless — no tracking or advertising cookies, so there's no cookie pop-up.
  • We only collect what you choose to give us (contact form, booking), plus basic anonymous visitor statistics.
  • We never sell your data, and we only send you marketing if you specifically opt in.

4What we collect, why, and our legal basis

5Cookies

We use only strictly necessary technology to make the site work, plus privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that set no cookies and don't track you across sites. Because we set no non-essential cookies, no consent banner is required.

When you click to book a meeting, our booking provider (Calendly) loads and may set its own cookies on its booking page — this only happens after you choose to book, on Calendly's own page. See Calendly's privacy notice for details.

Our contact form is protected against spam and automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly alternative to CAPTCHAs. It runs silently, sets no cookies on your device, and processes only minimal technical data (such as your IP address and browser signals) to tell real visitors apart from bots. This processing is governed by Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

6Meeting recordings

If we record an online meeting, we will tell you and ask for your agreement at the start — you are free to decline. We record only for our own reference and meeting notes, keep recordings secure, and delete them when no longer needed. We will not repurpose a recording (for example, for marketing) without asking you separately.

7Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers ("data processors") who handle data on our behalf under contract, including: Microsoft 365 (email/files, EU), Calendly (booking, US), Pipedrive (CRM, EU), Kit (insights email, US), and Cloudflare (hosting, analytics & contact-form spam protection, US). Where a provider is outside the EU/EEA, transfers are protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We never sell your personal data.

8How long we keep it

9Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw any consent at any time. To exercise these, email contact@VELOSO.global. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
